AVS-TX provides airborne video and photographic support to building industry professionals; from apartment complexes and strip malls to one-off spec homes or personal estate construction.
We are FAA Part 107 Certified, and our UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) are registered with the Federal Aviation Administration, so we are legally Cleared for Takeoff in the commercial aerial photographic industry.
If you hire someone who is not FAA Certified, you run the risk of vicarious liability for damage or injury they may cause due to inexperience or unfamiliarity with FAA Regulations governing the commercial use of UAVs ("Drones").
As retired law enforcement, I take personnel safety and federal regulations very seriously. Respect and trust are paramount; I'd like to earn yours.
